Paragon Toolmaking provides complete tooling solutions for a wide range of sectors. Our experience and innovative solutions make us the choice of both successful SMEs and major national and international organisations, with parts manufactured by our tools used by the likes of Rolls Royce, Land Rover, Siemens, Aston Martin, Ideal Boilers and Swift Caravans.

We are immensely proud of our award-winning apprenticeship scheme, through which each of our senior management team has progressed through the business, having spent time in either design roles or on the factory floor.

Working with Humberside Engineering Training Association (HETA), we provide four-year apprenticeships, during which time young people learn whilst working under experienced mentors at our factory in Hull four days a week, and one day a week on studies.

Our apprenticeship program teaches the knowledge and skills of engineering, with opportunities to experience most aspects of the business.

This includes CNC machining, Electric Discharge Machining, Grinding, Inspection, Computer Aided Design, Tool Assembly and Tool Tryout, whilst continuing to attend HETA to learn the academic knowledge to back up the practical skills learned in our toolroom.
